This is a great plan for a growing family. All of the kid's rooms are upstairs and the large master suite is on the main level. The 733 sf second floor features one bedroom with it's own full bathroom and two more bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom. This is a revision of The Windsor II plan that comes from numerous requests from people stating that they love The Windsor II plan but do not need the large dining room. So we have deleted the dining room and slid the 3 car garage over which allows this plan to fit on smaller lots. We also expanded the size of the eating area. It has all of the same features as the Windsor II plan but with a 1,590 sf main level and a 839 sf second floor. 53' wide x 49' deep.
